New cadets welcomed during
On Wednesday, September 7, 2011, Georgia Military College welcomed the newest members of the 133rd Corps of Cadets, during its annual Super Wednesday. The first-time junior college cadets began their processing by meeting with representatives of Admissions, Military Science, Campus Police, and Health Services. In the mini-gym, the Office of Student Activities, who coordinated the event, showcased campus offerings to include intramural activities and various organizations and clubs. Local banks, business and organizations, to include faith based groups were present in Cordell Events Center to welcome the families to this area and present them with handouts, gifts, and information about their services.
