Talk to an Enrollment CoachThe BAS in Supervision and Management degree program is designed to prepare students for supervisory and management roles and positions within a variety of businesses and industries. The curriculum includes courses that will provide a solid understanding of supervision and management practices that will aid and develop the potential of our graduates to be successful in their business environment. General education course credits as well as technical/occupational course credits from an AAS or AAT degree can be transferred (upon review) towards GMC’s BAS degree requirements.
This degree is only offered online through our Global Online Leadership College.
The BAS in Supervision and Management curriculum includes courses in the following:

Students may select electives from one of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- International Business

What You Will Learn

Supervisory and management decision-making skills centered in ethical and social responsibility principles.

Critical thinking skills by collecting and analyzing data to propose a solution(s) to simulated business problem(s).

Strategic management concepts to compose and present a formal strategic plan designed to achieve measurable business goals and objectives.

Program Cost

Keep in mind that total costs for the program will depend not only on tuition rates, but the amount of quarter hours students must take in order to complete the degree. This will include courses both in the core and in the major.
