Delarrion Milner recieves appointment to U.S. Air Force Academy
On Monday, April 14, 2014, U.S. Representative Paul Broun, M.D. (GA-10) joined LtGen William B. Caldwell, IV, President of Georgia Military College, to honor Delarrion Milner, student at Georgia Military College Prep School,who received an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy.
“I extend my sincerest congratulations to Mr. Milner,” said Broun. “Nomination and appointment to the Service Academies is an extensive and competitive process. He has rightfully earned his position, and he has my full confidence and support. It is my hope, for the future of our country, that Delarrion will accept his appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy.” Delarrion Milner is the son of Denise Milner of Milledgeville and currently attends Georgia Military College Prep School. In addition to an outstanding record of volunteer service, Milner also serves as the Battalion Commander for his high school where he also plays varsity football, varsity soccer and runs track.
