Coach Bert Williams and JC Football Team Honored by Georgia House of Representatives

Bert Williams, GMC head football coach and junior college athletic director, and the GMC junior college football team, were recognized by the Georgia House of Representatives on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. House Resolution 1310, sponsored by Representative Rusty Kidd (145th District), Representative Dexter Sharper (177th District), Representative Demetrius Douglas (78th District), Representative Matt Hatchett (150th District), Representative John Deffenbaugh (1st District), and Representative Amy Carter (175th District), commended Bert Williams on being selected as the 2013 American Community College Football Coaches Association (ACCFCA) Coach of the Year, and recognized the many achievements of Williams coaching career.
