WR’s Crystal Whitney Awarded Georgia Power Scholarship

Crystal Whitney, a student at the Warner Robins campus of Georgia Military College, was recently awarded the Georgia Power Scholarship. In addition to working full-time, the Pre-Nursing major is also a full-time student and mother. The first member of her family to attend college, Whitney says, “This scholarship will help me to finish my degree and provide a financially stable future for my daughter.” After finishing her associate degree at GMC, Whitney plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. ###
