New Sandersville Director

GMC Names Carol Trussell
Sandersville Extension Director

(Milledgeville, GA) September 28, 2006 – Georgia Military College is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Lynn Dickson Trussell as Extension Director for its Sandersville location.

Ms. Trussell grew up in Sandersville, earned a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from Georgia College, a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Troy State University, and is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Education with Specialization in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University. She most recently served as the Technology Coordinator for Brentwood School.

Carol Trussell and her husband, Kenny, reside in Sandersville. They have three children: April, who attends Wake Forest University, and Melissa and Joy, who both attend Georgia Tech.
