Michael Roberson Scores a 560 at the Intercollegiate Sectionals There were a total of sixty shooters competing at The Intercollegiate Sectionals at The Citadel last weekend. Teams represented were North Carolina State with a total team score of 2336; The Citadel with a 2293, University of North Georgia with a 2271; Wofford with a 2248; Clemson with a 2295 and Georgia Military College with a 2168. Michael Roberson was top shooter for Georgia Military College with his standing scores of 95, 92, 92, 92, 96, 93 for 560 out of 600. Markeshia Burton had 86, 88, 91, 97, 90, 91 for a total of 543. LaToni Smith shot 85, 86, 89, 92, 93, 91 for a score of 536. Reggie Kendrick was the team’s fourth shooter with 89, 84, 87, 88, 91, 90 for a total of 529. Other Georgia Military College shooters were Cole Lassetter, Krystina Talbert, Joshua Dexter and Cameron Smith. Daniel Cliff of NCSU took top honors with 96, 97, 96, 99, 99 and 100 for a total of 587. The Southeastern Air Rifle Conference Championship/Banquet will be held at The Citadel on March 2, 2013.
