Junior College Cross Country Takes Second in Oglethorpe Invitational

(Milledgeville, GA) September 28, 2004 – The GMC junior college men’s cross country team placed second in the Oglethorpe Invitational on Saturday. GMC’s Justin Cajero placed fifth with a time of 32:51, Crawford Robertson, 13th with a time of 35:10, Emile Riette, 24th with a time of 37:50, James Morgan, 30th with a time of 38:58, and Henry Bells came in 34th with a time of 40:00. Two GMC women also participated. Nadia Solorio placed 41st out of 64 runners, with a time of 29:11, and Teala Watson, 42nd with a time of 29:18. The team will participate in the Gordon 5K on October 2nd.
