JUCO Defeats Erie CC

#14 GMC started fast and rode out a dominating first half of football to defeat the visiting Erie Community College Kats 31-0 on Davenport Field on November 7. Red-shirt freshman Carlton Fears threw for three touchdowns and freshman kicker Sean Mayo added a fourth touchdown on a fake field goal to pace the Bulldogs to victory.

The GMC defense again was dominant, holding Erie scoreless and recording their fourth shutout on the year. The win improves GMC\’s record to 7-2 for the season. GMC finishes the season next week on the road at Louisburg College (NC).
