Jantzen Thomas – DETERMINATION
Georgia Military College Prep School recognizes Jantzen Thomas for earning the
Character of the Week Award in demonstrating the virtue of Determination.
Jantzen is a well-rounded student who succeeds in all areas of his life due to his determination and commitment. Jantzen is a senior who has been at GMC since the 6th grade and has maintained a 4.0 grade point average.
He also excels in athletics, especially basketball. He scored his one thousandth point on January 21st against Hancock Central High School. Not only is he a skilled player, he is also a team leader who encourages other players and helps them to be the best they can be. Jantzen also always exhibits excellent sportsmanship when competing. Other coaches from opposing teams have often commented on his good behavior on the court.
Jantzen is also well-mannered, polite, and a joy to have in the classroom and to coach. He is a role model to other students and is certainly deserves to be recognized as an outstanding student of character.
