GMC Literary Team Wins for 3rd Straight Year

The GMC Prep School Literary Team competed in the Georgia High School Association Area 4 Literary Competition on March 3 and earned a team win for the 3rd year in a row. Schools represented at the competition included Glascock County High School, Trion High School, Lincoln County High School, Warren County High School, Commerce High School, and Mount Zion High School. Teams competed in a variety of literary and artistic events. After all non-musical literary events were scored GMC emerged on top with 24 points. Once music events were factored into the scoring GMC won the overall event with a total of 52 points. GMC Prep will move on to the GHSA State competition on March 15th at Northside High School in Warner Robins. Below are the competition results for the GMC Team Members.
