Girls JV/Varsity Basketball Team – (CotW) Dependability

Georgia Military College Prep School recognizes Girls’ JV/Varsity Basketball Team for earning the Character of the Week Award in demonstrating the virtue of Dependability. “I would like to nominate all the members of the GMC Girls’ JV / Varsity Basketball team for Character of the Week for demonstrating the virtue of dependability at the 100 Black Men of Milledgeville Old Capitol Classic Basketball Shootout. Georgia Military College hosted the basketball shootout at the Cordell Events Center and was responsible for the hospitality room. Team mothers, Mrs. Folendore and Mrs. Cox, asked all of the girls to bring in food for the event. Each and every girl gladly did her part. The hospitality was wonderful, and all the girls should receive credit for this.” Nominated on February 26, 2010 By Coach John Griffin Girls’ JV/Varsity Basketball Coach
