GEORGIA MILITARY COLLEGE STUDENTS REMEMBER VETERANS WITH FLOWERS

(Milledgeville, GA) November 5, 2003 – Georgia Military College students in MAJ Cindy Cawleys eighth grade English class recently spent the day helping to beautify the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Milledgeville, Georgia. Before delving into planting hundreds of pansies and bulbs, the students received a special tour from Mr. Ernie Simons, Department of Veterans Service, to learn about the importance of the cemetery to veterans, their families, and the community. The service project was part of GMCs
