Exchange honors GMC senior as Student of the Year

The Union-Recorder The Union-Recorder Wed May 11, 2011, 04:16 PM EDT The Exchange Club of Milledgeville recognized Georgia Military College Prep School senior Sean Tighe as the March Student of the Month and Student of the Year at the Milledgeville Country Club Wednesday. Tighe was awarded with a $1,100 scholarship and a plaque. GMC Prep, Baldwin High School and John Milledge Academy students are eligible to apply for the Student of the Month honor. Sean Tighe is pictured with Mr.Shawn Mercer, Exchange Club, and COL John Thornton, GMC Prep Principal.
