Cailey Pennington – (CotW) DETERMINATION
Georgia Military College Prep School recognizes Cailey Pennington for earning the Character of the Week Award in demonstrating the virtue of Determination.
“Cailey is a 6th grade member of the 2009 Football/Competition Cheerleading Squad. Being a new member of the squad can be a difficult position, but Cailey worked hard to prove that she belonged on our team. Unfortunately, she was not able to participate physically in summer camp due to a broken arm, and I feared this would set her back. When practice began for the season, she jumped in there willing to do any and everything necessary to make up for lost time. She has never once complained about practice or about being moved to different stunt groups. Her willingness to accomplish the task at hand proves that she exemplifies the virtue of DETERMINATION!”
