Tech Fair Winners

Prep School

Fifteen Georgia Military College Prep School students won Best of Show awards during the Oconee Regional Technology Fair which was hosted by Georgia Military College on February 7, 2007. These students will compete in the State Technology Fair on March 10, 2007 in Atlanta, Ga.

The following Best of Show winners will represent Georgia Military College Prep School at the State Technology Fair.

6th Grade
Kevin Kirby won two medals – Technology Literacy Challenge and Multimedia

9th Grade
Alex Durden and Emily McGinnis – Multimedia
Joel Brantley and Adam Veatch – Non-animated Graphic Design
Katie Resseque – Digital Video Editing

10th Grade
Alexa Anderson and Haylee Deloach – Multimedia
John Johnson and Dalton Pearce – Graphic Animation
Christine Shaver – Digital Photography

11th Grade
Will Grant – Multimedia

12th Grade
Chris Anderson – Digital Photography
Daniel Du – Digital Video Editing
Chris Couch – Multimedia

The following GMC Prep School students also received accolades during the Oconee Regional Technology Fair.

First place winners: Elizabeth Craig, Kallie Collins, John Austin Vance, Macy Sikes, Sara Beadles, Amelia Haslam, Erin McDade, Ashley Collins. Second place winners: Cason Parker, Quinton Weekly, Alex Lavendis, Dustin Wallace, Laura Magruder, John Jackson, Travis Riner.
