SEARC 6 Results
There were seven schools participating in SEARC 6/ TheNational Rifle Association Intercollegiate Sectionals(Air Rifle andSmallbore) held at The Citadel Rifle RangeFebruary 17-18. Included in the competition were guest shooters from The University of Alabama, Birmingham. With a total of 52 shootersDani Foster of North Carolina State University fired the top score of585, followed by Stephen Bryant ofWofford with a 573/98 and Luke Duncan of North Georgia College and State University with a 573/93. North Carolina State University took first place with a 2284, followed byThe Citadel with 2263. Third place went to North Georgia College and State University with a 2235.Clemson University scored a 2213, followed byWofford with a 2162 and Georgia Military College with a 2186. Georgia Military College Rifle Team was represented byJaraCharletonscoring a 558,BretLosey scoring a558, Michael Robinson with a 555 and Robert McKenna with a score of 515. Other GMC shooters wereMarkesiha Burton 494 andLa Toni Smith 507. The championship match and awards banquet will be held at The Citadel on March 3, 2012
