With drop/add concluding Wednesday, eligible students are encouraged to register for the free course.

The scholarship is solely funded by GMC. In the summer quarter of 2009, GMC initially offered the free tuition scholarship for any one individual course that new students thought would be most beneficial to them financially. This winter quarter, students are limited to taking the GMC 101 course. The number of students receiving the scholarship has been increasing since its inception.

An all day Admissions Day Bash scheduled Thursday, March 1 until 7 p.m. will give interested new students a chance to tour the campus and ask questions.
