Holloway Signs at GCSU

Georgia Military College 2007 Junior College graduate, Hayley Holloway, has signed to play softball at Georgia College and State University. Hayley was a key factor in the Lady Bulldogs success this spring earning First-Team All Conference Outfielder and the GMC Softball Team All-Around Award. She batted .347 and led the conference with 14 doubles.

Hayley is the first local softball player to sign at GCSU.

GMC Softball Coach Kelly Zeilstra said, “We are ecstatic for Hayley! She is an outstanding player who will have great success at GCSU. She is the epitome of the student-athlete and will make us all proud. She is the first softball player from the Middle Georgia Area to play on the GCSU Softball Team and the first from GMC. I hope she is the first in a long line of softball players we can build here at GMC to move on over to GCSU.”
