GMC-Warner Robins hosts 5th Annual Art and Poetry Gala

On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, GMC-Warner Robins hosted its 5th annual Art Exhibit and Poetry Reading Gala directed by Professor of Art, Michael Gillies, and Professor of English, Debra Dent. This year’s event is particularly meaningful because it falls during the week of William Shakespeare’s birthday. The gala featured the extraordinary creations of GMC-WR’s Art students and eloquent poetry readings by student volunteers. Highlights of the poetry readings included students sharing their own compositions which showcased the creative talents of GMC-WR students. Many thanks to Lori Siegelman and Jaquanza Watkins for providing refreshments and documenting the event with photographs.
