Elizabeth Savage selected as youth ambassador
Congratulations to Elizabeth Savage for being selected by Tri County EMC as one of two youth ambassadors to represent our district in Washington DC in June. Each year youth are selected based on grades, community service events, essay skills, and nomination selection to attend a leadership seminar in Washington DC in June. The program was developed by President Lyndon Johnson and is one of the premier programs in our area/nation. Elizabeth was selected to attend the all-expense paid trip as one of two delegates from the Tri County EMC District. We are very proud of Elizabeth and how she represents her family and our school. This is a fantastic opportunity for Elizabeth to work with members of congress and other movers and shakers in our nation’s capital.. Photos to follow later this summer!
