We have plans to provide extensions and support for those affected with the goal of completing the term. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we’ll be flexible and supportive as we move forward. For those who cannot make it to campus, GMC will make every effort to work with you individually. Additionally, we are closely monitoring the development and potential impact of Hurricane Milton. At this time, the storm’s path is being tracked carefully, and there is no immediate cause for alarm in our area. Character of the Week (MS) – January 30

Delarion Milner – 6th Grade
Nominated by Lt. Col. Pam Grant

On January 24, we had our basketball pep rally. It did not get over until 3:20 p.m. and school was already dismissed. Delarion Milner was one of the first students out of the gym. When he got to the top of the steps at Zell Miller Hall he stood outside in the cold and held the door open for all of the middle and high school cadets to come through. I have always observed Delarion to have beautiful manners and to be extremely courteous and polite, and this was just another example of his outstanding character.
