Blood Drive – Tuesday September 25

Georgia Military College will host the Fall Quarter Blood Drive on Tuesday, September 25, in the mini-gym of Cordell Events Center from 12:00 pm (noon) until 5pm. The drive is sponsored and staffed by the services of the Armed Services Blood Services stationed at Ft. Gordon, Ga. “The Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) plays a key role in providing quality blood products for Service members and their families in both peace and war. As a joint operation among the military services (Army, Navy, Air Force), the ASBP has many components working together to collect, process, store, distribute, and transfuse blood worldwide.” The ASBP mission is “To provide quality blood products and services for all worldwide customers in peace and war.” Blood Drives at GMC are open to the public and appointments are not necessary.
