GMC Prep Raider Victory at Cedar Shoals High School

The Georgia Military College prep school Raiders Mixed Team placed first overall by a spread of 10 points against 25 teams competing at Cedar Shoals High School, in Athens, Ga. on Saturday, September 20.  The Lady Raiders placed third overall in the female division (two points shy of second) competing against 14 teams.  The Male Raider Team placed 15th out of 32 teams with marked improvement in all of their event times. 

The next meet is Saturday, September 27 at Cass High School in White, Ga.

Members of the Mixed Team are:  Liam Fairbrass, Molly Jones, Andrew Kirkland, Abigail Kirkland, Marina Williams, Jeff Conner, Allie Kauzlarich, Will Caldwell, Chase Sheffield, Emma Mercer, Nick Trussell, Tom Drew, Mark McCabe (not in pictured).

Members of the Male Team are:  Aaron Kirkland, Alex Hanberry, Niko Urias, Drew Thigpen, Jalen Ward,
Quatavious Briscoe, Colum Lowery, Zach Spiler, Ryan Landsman, Davis Isley, Dawson Huff, Jack Watkins,
Andy Watkins.

Member of the Female Team are:  Molly Jones (Team Captain) Hannah McTyre, Taylor Robinson, Anni Benson, Emily Arnold, Mary Jones, Emma Shomaker, Taylor Curtis, Madison Waddell, Sara Bloodworth, Kendall Calhoun, Caitlin Settle, Becky Vaughn.
