6th Grade Students Support Afghanistan Marine Unit
GMC Sixth Grade Students recently collected items of need to support a local Marine Unit being deployed to Afghanistan. Students placed collection boxes around the campus and collected over 350 pounds of items to ship. The cadets at GMC recognize that our soldiers in the field make a difference each day to protect our country and preserve our freedom. Students in MAJ Charles Myers’ 6th Grade Social Studies class sort through items to ship to Afghanistan.
