Georgia Military College sixth grade astronomy students recently experienced The Star Lab, GCSU’s portable planetarium. Ruth Eilers, GCSU Director of Academic Outreach, and graduate assistants Emily Marr and Sasha Forde led the activities. The Star Lab showed the students the relative location of the constellations in the sky, depending on the time of day and season, and provided an oral history behind some of these constellations.
