JUCO Softball Team Sponsors Family

The GMC Junior College Softball Team sponsored a family of four during the Christmas season. By asking for donations and working odd jobs for people in the community the student-athletes raised enough money to purchase 12 gifts each (clothing, winter jackets, shoes and toys) for three children and a gift certificate for their mother. Head Coach Diana Baruffa said, “The girls did a great job! They even dressed up to deliver the gifts.”
