Fashon Hurt – Honesty

Georgia Military College Prep School recognizes Fashon Hurt for earning the
Character of the Week Award in demonstrating the virtue of Honesty.

“Approximately one week ago, during 6th and 7th grade lunch, a cadet left his wallet on his tray. He had placed the tray in the tray-return window and walked away. Fashon came up behind several other cadets and noticed the wallet, as the trays were backed up on the conveyor belt. He alerted the
dining hall staff and was able to retrieve the wallet. He then brought the wallet to me and explained that it was left on a tray. The wallet was returned to its owner intact. This display of honesty and integrity makes Fashon deserving of his recognition as Character of the Week.”
