Lauryn Dennard – 10th Grade

I would like to nominate Lauryn Dennard for character of the week for the virtue of honesty. My hands were full, and I set down the vocabulary quizzes the students were taking. After I walked away, I completely forgot about the quizzes; shortly thereafter, Lauryn brought the quizzes to my desk. Some kids may have taken advantage of this, but Lauryn’s character rose above. That is why I would like to nominate her for honesty.
