Georgia Military College Prep School recognizes Sara Jordan McCollum for earning the Character of the Week Award in demonstrating the virtues of Kindness and Compassion.

“During Spirit Week, the different grade levels competed with a hallway decorating contest. When seventh grade won the competition, Sarah Jordan walked up to me and said, ‘I’m so proud of y’all. Your decorations look really good. You deserve to win!’ Sarah Jordan could have easily fallen into the ‘sore loser’ category but she was so kind and so compassionate with her comments that she truly stood out as a cadet with great character! With her positive words, she was a true role model to several seventh grade students who witnessed her congratulatory words.”
