JCFB Signing Day

Georgia Military Junior College had another banner year moving student athletes onto four year colleges and universities. This morning’s signing increased the number of division one signees to 18 in this year’s class with several more expected to follow in the coming week. This group of GMC cadet athletes led their team to a 9-2 record, GMC’s tenth bowl berth in the last 12 years, and #9 final ranking in the national polls. “We are very proud of these young men and the fine work they have done to place themselves in the position of accepting scholarships to division one institutions. They have excelled in the classroom and on the field while at GMC and now they get to receive their reward for a job well done,” commented Head Football Coach Bert Williams. “Like so many who have gone before them, we expect great things from this class and we look forward to following their continued progress and success.”
