GMC Foundation is the Top Fundraiser in Georgia Gives Day Campaign
Supporters of the Georgia Military College Foundation pulled out a huge victory late last night during the annual Georgia Gives Day statewide 24-hour fundraising campaign. In the eleventh hour, the GMC Foundation jumped ahead of the National Infantry Museum, to top the list of total dollars raised. Unofficial results show $121,705 raised to support scholarships and other endeavors which will enrich our students’ education and experience at GMC. The GMC Foundation was also ranked fifth in the state for total number of donors at 382.
These results are phenomenal and we say “THANK YOU!” to everyone who played a part in the planning and execution of this campaign: our students, our alumni, our friends, our staff and faculty, and those who perhaps are just learning about who we are and believe in our mission!
