Georgia Military College Prep Senior Mark McCabe Attends Two Aviation Camps

Mark E. McCabe II, a 12th grade student at Georgia Military College Prep School  recently had the privilege to meet and gain words of wisdom from an original Tuskegee Airman, Lt. Col. Enoch Woodhouse II, USAF (Ret.)  McCabe met Woodhouse while attending the Clemson University 2015 SOAR Aviation Aerospace Summer Camp in Aiken, S.C.  The SOAR Aviation Camp offers students the opportunity to enjoy cross-country flights, flight simulations, teambuilding activities, courses on aviation history, physics and aircraft maintenance. 

Mark also attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University 2015 Flight Exploration Camp in Daytona Beach, Fla. where he earned four hours of flight time.  He is an active member of the Griffin Squadron Civil Air Patrol and Candler Field Flying Club in Williamson, Ga.  Mark is an aspiring pilot and continues to seek opportunities to learn more about the aviation industry.
