Code of Conduct Violation Report

Please use this form to report inappropriate student conduct or incidents involving Georgia Military College students, whether these behaviors occur inside or outside of the classroom OR on or off-campus. 

Do NOT use this form for the following issues:

• Student of Concern (e.g., mental health concern, serious academic performance issue)

• Any incidents of Sexual Misconduct or Interpersonal Violence should be reported to the Title IX Coordinator

• Academic Honor Code violations (academic misconduct)

When completing this form, please include your name, title, and contact information. Although anonymous submissions are accepted, these limit our ability to gather more information and follow up with the reporter.
