Character of the Week
MAJ Kim Leben nominated a group of 10 Prep School students for this week\’s Character award. The students nominated were Bailey Grant, Porsche Freeman, Sara Gray, Alvin Huff, Tanisha Johnson, Tiffany Johnson, Courtney Kitchings, Lindee Lord, Kelly Riner, and Kristen Zweizig (not pictured: Bailey Grant and Tiffany Johnson).
These students were selected by LTC Grant, MAJ Hammock, and MAJ Leben to be asked to serve as tour guides for the Prep School\’s annual Open House. The obligation required them to dress in Class A, report early on a Saturday morning, and lead campus tours. Each of them agreed with a smile and a \”glad and honored to help\” attitude. MAJ Leben writes that, \”they were welcoming to our visitors, patient with all types of questions, and stuck it out until the very end. Their true character was demonstrated through their smiling faces, positive attitudes, and service to our school.\”
