Why Should You Partner with GMC?
We Are a Unique Institution
- We are affordable with one flat tuition rate and no additional fees.
- We are flexible with online and in-person classes available at any of our locations.
- We believe in leadership and ethics and have infused both into all aspects of our curriculum.
- We are an open-admissions institution to allow first-time, transfer, or return students the ability to begin or advance their educational careers. This means that applicants are eligible for admissions once they have completed a high school diploma or GED. There are no SAT/ACT requirements.
Our Tuition Assistance Program is Affordable

Our Skill Development & Application Labs are Customizable Based on Your Company's Specific Needs
- Our Skill Development & Application Labs are essentially just workshops designed specifically to fill the skill gaps identified by your company.
- We offer a variety of leadership-focused modules/skill sets to choose from.
- All of our modules are geared toward creating/enhancing employable skills (the core skills and traits that are transferable to any job/career, regardless of company industry, size, etc.) within a range of different fields.
- Modules can be customizable based on your needs — these can be taken in one area, or crafted together from several areas.
We are an Eligible Partner for Tuition Assistance Programs
If you don’t already offer tuition assistance for your employees, you should consider adding it to your list of benefits. According to one recent study, as many as 92 percent of companies have some type of educational benefit program. Up-skilling is not only beneficial for the employees of a company, but the employer benefits from the program as well.
The biggest benefit of offering tuition assistance is that your employees have the opportunity to go back to school and further their education — and we’re the perfect institution to assist with that. By partnering with GMC, we can help your employees further their education, build new skills, and add value to your company. We offer a range of eligible degree programs/courses where employees will learn skills and gain an education that is applicable to your company’s needs.
“Businesses looking to attract and retain high-quality workers might consider including tuition reimbursement among the many fringe benefits for their employees. Incentives that aid in career development are among the most popular with employees, reports the non-profit Capital Associated Industries, a North Carolina employers association.”
