Note: For students who are planning to complete an Associates-level degree at GMC at an on-ground campus and move into a BAS program, this form should be submitted two terms before completion of the Associates program. The Bachelor of Applied Science degree programs are only offered online through our Global Online Leadership College. Students must be associated with the GOLC to take 300-400 level classes.
