JC Football to Jump Start Campaign

During the GMC junior college football game on Saturday, September 3, the GMC JC Booster Club and football staff will join the GMC Faculty & Staff Fall Community Service Initiative by collecting funds for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. GMC’s faculty & staff have joined efforts with Lowes, who will match dollar for dollar up to $1 million, for donated funds that are raised.

Cash and checks will be collected at the ticket booth and concession stand to support this much needed relief effort. Checks should be made out to “Lowes” with “Katrina Relief” written on the comment/memo line of the checks. Please bring cash or check only to donate for this initiative.
