In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we know many students are facing tough challenges. Georgia Military College is here for you, and we are doing everything we can to ensure no one is left behind. The staff and faculty are assembling at both GMC Valdosta and Augusta on Friday, October 4 with hopes of resuming class on Monday, October 7 for those who are able to make it to campus. GMC Honors Faculty Members of the Year

Lieutenant General William B. Caldwell, IV, President, and the Board of Trustees of Georgia Military College hosted the school’s thirteenth annual Military Tattoo on Friday, April 18, 2014. The ceremony featured Mr. William Hunter, piper and Mr. Cecil Welch, trumpeter, as well as the GMC color guard and choral group. During the evening, MAJ Stacie Stevenson was recognized as the GMC Prep School Educator of the Year, MAJ Linda Brown was recognized as the GMC Prep School Character Educator of the Year, Professor Erik Walton (GMC Warner Robins) was recognized as the GMC Junior College Educator of the Year, Professor Tamara White (GMC Fairburn) was recognized as the GMC Junior College Character Educator of the Year, and LTC (Ret.)
