GMC Prep Principal Promoted to Assistant Superintendent

Georgia Military College Prep School will undergo a leadership change at the end of the 2020-2021 school year when Principal Pam Grant will transition to the position of GMC Prep School Assistant Superintendent, reporting to GMC President and Prep School Superintendent, Lieutenant General (Retired) William B. Caldwell, IV. GMC Prep School Vice Principal Dr. Steve Greer will be promoted and assume the role of Principal.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled that Pam has agreed to stay on next year as Assistant Superintendent,” said Caldwell. “Pam has been with us since the beginning of her professional career and has helped grow the Prep School exponentially. Having her expertise in a new way next year will only help us to provide the best possible educational experience for our students.”

“I am extremely honored to be moving to the role of Assistant Superintendent and to still be able to contribute to the Prep School in a whole new way,” said Grant. “Having the opportunity to be a part of the last piece of our expansion as we add grades K-2 later this year is something very special and dear to me, and I could not be more excited about the future of the Prep School.
