GMC-Warner Robins Presents Scholarships

GMC-Warner Robins Presents Scholarships Warner Robins, Ga. – Mr. Marcus Colson and Ms. Azizza Hardy, students at the Warner Robins campus of Georgia Military College, were recently selected Mr. and Ms. GMC-Warner Robins based on their service to the college and their participation in student activities. Each student received a scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Colson is majoring in general studies, is a member if the president’s list (maintaining a GPA of 3.7 or above), and serves as president of the chess club. Ms. Hardy is studying psychology and serves as vice president of the student government association, vice president of the psychology club, senior chair of the student honor council and secretary of the GMC choir club. She is a member of the dean’s list (maintaining a GPA of 3.2 or above) and is listed on “Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.” Additionally, she is a math tutor and volunteers for Summers Landing and the Houston Medical Center Fellowship Bible Baptist Nursery. This is the second year for the Mr. and Ms. GMC-Warner Robins Scholarship, which Mr. Ted Ramsdell, GMC-Warner Robins Director, intends to make an annual award.
