Last year she started a high school girl’s soccer team and in just 2 short years has led them to qualifying for the state playoffs. She reinforces this in the life lessons and personal stories she brings to the classroom from her career as an operations research analyst and systems analyst before she began teaching. MAJ Brown models the GMC motto “Character Above All” in and out of the classroom every day and was therefore selected as the Prep School Character Educator of the year.
