Relay for Life

Relay for Life 2008 in Baldwin County was another one for the record books, the nearly year-long adventure named “Hunt for a Cure” with a goal of $225,000.00, has to date collected $225,816.00. Creekside Elementary School was the clear winner netting over $15,648.77, taking the school category and becoming the overall total champions for the year. Here at the home of red and black, Georgia Military College donated over six thousand dollars with the prep school team breaking our school record by raising $5626.07. Way to go Team-GMC! Plans are already underway for next year; we plan to set another record with our school spirit reaching new heights. Not all of the GMC participants in the two-day event were captured in the accompanying pictures but the following people were caught in the act of caring. Brenda S.
