Director of Communications and Marketing
Jay Bentley is the Director of Communications and Marketing for Georgia Military College. In his capacity as Director, Jay is responsible for internal and external communications for all of GMC’s college campuses, the GMC Corps of Cadets, and the GMC Preparatory School.
In addition, Jay is responsible for marketing collaboration between each GMC department and all campuses. As head of the Office of Communications and Marketing, Jay oversees the publishing of institutional publications that include The Cadence magazine and the annual President’s Report.
Jay began his career at GMC in 2013, with previous experience in financial services, online marketing, institutional marketing, and communications. He served as Director of Marketing starting in 2015, taking the helm as Director of Communications and Marketing in 2016.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the marketing industry, has worked with Fortune 500 companies, and was CEO of Church Innovations Inc for 11 years..
