Is your Student Organization Registered?

All student organizations must register annually through the Office of Student Activities. Registration forms are available in the Student Activities Office and can also be downloaded below. Forms for registering an organization include information such as membership information, officer information, and a statement of commitment from the President and the Advisor. Completed registration forms must be submitted by the last business day in September in order for the organization to renew its official recognition.

Student Activities Conference Room Reservation:

The conference room in the Student Activities Office is available for student organization meetings. Please note that the room can hold 10 people. To reserve the room, please stop by the Student Activities office located in the Waldron Center, 2nd floor or contact the office directly: studentactivities@gmc.edu.
