Student Organizations Getting involved with a student organization can enhance your Gwynedd-Mercy College experience. For more information about student organizations or for information on how to start a new club, visit the Student Activities Office, 2nd floor Waldron Center. Is your Student Organization Registered? All student organizations must register annually through the Student Activities Office. Registration forms are available in the Student Activities Office and can also be downloaded below. Forms for registering an organization include information such as membership information, officer information, and a statement of commitment from the President and the advisor. Completed registration forms must be submitted by the last business day in September in order for the organization to renew its official recognition.
