Parkhurst Dining Services

Gwynedd-Mercy College offers the student several on-campus dining options. Our goal is to offer the best quality, service and flexibility in our meal plans. There are several different eateries from which to choose:

• The Waldron Café, GMC's main eatery, located in the Waldron Center, is a culinary mecca with global specialties offered on a daily basis.
• Pepperazzi, located in the breezeway of the Waldron Center, serves made-from-scratch pizzas, calzones and strombolis, all baked in a wood-fired brick oven.
• St. Bernard's Grille, located in St. Bernard's Hall, offers fresh hamburgers, hot sandwiches and home-style breakfast items, plus freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, for the busy student on the go.
• The Griffin Grounds Café, located in Keiss Hall, offers Seattle's Best espresso-based beverages, flavored coffees and a wide variety of fresh pastries, sandwiches and salads.

Gwynedd-Mercy College celebrates with some of the finest buffets and special events. Students' best memories are made at these fun, food-filled outings, including Mardi Gras, a sumptuous Thanksgiving buffet before the holiday break and barbecues.

The two most popular meal plans are a 15- or a 19-meal plan. These plans have been created to give students the flexibility to choose what works best for their own schedules.
