The Academic Resource Center has a computer lab that is equipped with 12 computers, 2 laser printers, a color inkjet printer, and 2 scanners. The computers run Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003. In addition, all computers are Internet accessible.

The ARC also has a CD-ROM software library. This library includes, but is not necessarily limited to educational, science, math, grammar, and practice test CD-ROM's. This software can be used in the ARC's computer lab only and student identification is required to use. Click here to view the complete catalog.

Please note: The Academic Resource Center adheres to the Computing Policy established by the Institutional Technology Services. We monitor computer use to ensure that students use our computers for academic purposes only. We prohibit the use of computers for e-mail, chat rooms, bulletin boards, or any other non-academic function, due to the limited number of computers available in our facility. We also encourage students to save all work to floppy disks because we regularly ‘clean’ the hard drives; if you save a file to the hard drive today, it may not be there when you return tomorrow! Disks are available at the ARC for a nominal fee.
