Fall 2013 Final Exam Schedule-Final exams are scheduled for all day undergraduate courses at the Gwynedd Valley Campus beginning Tuesday, December 10th and ending Saturday, December 14th. Evening undergraduate classes have the final exam the same night and time as class during finals week. Students taking a Monday evening class must contact their instructor for exam information. Note: room changes are highlighted in yellow. Contact your instructor for additional information.
GRADUATION - All students expecting to graduate must submit an application. Deadline for Fall 2013 graduation was September 1st. Please submit your application for the Fall immediately. Spring 2014 graduation applications are due December 18th. We are currently accepting applications for Spring 2014 graduation. Graduation questions can be directed to:
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO STUDENTS - The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 [FERPA] is intended to protect the privacy of a student's educational records, to establish the rights of students ito inspect and review their education records and to provide guideline for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal or formal hearings.
Students who do not want their directory information released to a third party must fill out the FERPA No Disclosure form and submit it to the Campbell Solution Center by the end of drop/add.
Students who would like the Registrar's Office to mail their grade report to their parents must fill out the Grade Release Form and submit it to the Campbell Solution Center before the week of Final Exams.

SPRING 2013 DEAN'S LIST (for Regular Session classes only) - Full-time (12 credits or more) undergraduate students who have a semester grade point average of 3.5 and no grades below B qualify for the Dean's List for the semester. Credits that carry a pass/fail grade will not be considered part of the minimum full-time load. Students who have courses with missing or Incomplete grades are not eligible for Dean's List until those grades are submitted. Dean's List is compiled Fall and Spring semesters only.
