Giving Clubs Individuals who are leaders in giving are recognized with memberships to one of Gwynedd-Mercy College's special Giving Clubs. Recognition of gifts will appear in College publications under the following categories: Associates Club : $50-$99 The Crown and Shield Society: The Crown and Shield Society not only meets the fiscal challenges of a growing college but also creates a cadre of leaders to sustain momentum. All Crown and Shield Society members are invited to an exclusive reception hosted by Dr. Kathleen Owens, president of Gwynedd-Mercy College. Levels of membership are: The Shield Order : $1,000-$2,499 The President's Circle $10,000 The President's Circle was created to honor donors who have contributed a total of $10,000 or more as gifts to the College. Membership includes exclusive benefits. The Founder's Society $50,000 or more lifetime The Founder's Society was created to honor individuals who have made lifetime contributions of $50,000 or more as gifts to the College. The Society is named to recognize the role of generous donors in the College's history. Membership includes exclusive benefits. The Founder's Society Circle of Mercy $1 million or more lifetime The Founder's Society Circle of Mercy was created to honor Founder's Society members who have made lifetime contributions of $1 million or more as gifts to the College. Membership includes exclusive benefits. The Mary Bernard Graham Society The Mary Bernard Graham Society was created to honor individuals who have informed us that they have included Gwynedd-Mercy College in their estate planning. The Society is named to recognize the role of Mother Mary Bernard, the first president of the College, and the legacy of her leadership.
