Faculty Biography
Dr. Donna Gribbin, assistant professor, joined the freshman nursing faculty in 2012. She also teaches as adjunct faculty at Drexel University in the online RN-BSN program. Donna has been been an assistant professor in a BSN program where she taught face to face, online, in lab, and in clinical. She was adjunct faculty in an ASN program, and an adjunct nursing simulation professor in another BSN program. Prior to teaching nursing, her previous nursing experiences included coordinating and teaching a Nurse Aide Program and medical terminology at the community college level, medical-surgical nursing staff and floor nursing educator, same day surgery, visiting nurse, nursing management, and long term care in education and infection control. She received her RN Diploma from Frankford Hospital School of Nursing, a BSN from GMC's 1st cohort in the CLL program, a MSN in Nursing Education from Drexel University, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Education (DNP) from Duquesne University. Donna's interests are in Nursing Simulation and online teaching. |
